Many users protect their crypto using single copies of hardware wallet recovery sheets. If your house experiences a flood or fire, or if you simply lose that sheet, your assets are gone forever.

Ethereum Backup Week focuses on teaching resilience:

• Redundancy without exposure: Learn how to fragment key sheets so that no single storage provider or location can steal your funds.
• Stateless recovery: Ensure you can regain access even if YourKeep software is no longer online.

How to Participate

1. Verify your setup: Run a recovery test of your current wallets.
2. Fragment your seed: Use YourKeep to encrypt and split your backup.
3. Distribute securely: Save fragments in independent locations (e.g., one cloud service, one offline hardware device, one trust circle).
